The Jay County Solid Waste Management District in conjunction with the Waste Management "Jay County Landfill" offer residents the opportunity to dump free of charge at the landfill twice a year. The district offers 13 convenient locations to drop off household batteries throughout Jay County. We accept hearing aid size through rechargeable drill size batteries at these locations. If you have a LARGE quantity, we ask that you bring them directly to the district office!!
