Jay County Residents can bring in 12 light bulbs per month to have recycled. All residents will be required to fill out a release form at the time of the visit stating the type, length and quantity of bulbs requesting to be recycled. We are unable to recycle bulbs from any Business, Organizatons, Clubs or Churches. Residents only! We can recommend vendors for businesses to dispose of bulbs. There will be a charge from other vendors.
